Just logged into my Credit One acct and had an offer for an additional card; they are offering me a new Credit One Mastercard with a limit of @ least $500 with AF of $60. My old card and that's the only reason I still have it.......has a limit of $1125. Is that their maximum limit on a card. Just wondering has anyone else got this offer. Seems like they are just trying to generate more revenue through the annual fee rather than giving out more CLI's.
i hit $1500 on my card before I closed it..

I was offered another $250 after mine hit $950, but I grew weary of paying for CLIs. So I could have had $1200 with them. Ugh.
I got the same offer via snail mail.
My Credit One Visa is my oldest currently open account with a $1,925 limit.
I saw the thread title and my immediate response, like a life-saving reflex, was "DON'T DO IT!"
Seriously, one exorbitantly-feed rebuilder card is enough. Not sure what your scores are, but there are better options out there for rebuilding once you have stuck your toe in the door with the CreditOne card. No need to double dip it,
Now, I'm not totally knocking CreditOne - they were part of my rebuild and it's fine enough for them to be part of yours. But if you're at the point where you're getting CLIs and additional card offers from them, you're at the point where you can qualify for something better.
Try for WalMart, Capital One, Barclay unsecured. Maybe even an Amex charge card.
Break out of your cocoon, little butterfly!
Yes, I 2nd, 3rd and 4th do NOT get another Credit One... Credit One should be a stepping stone at best to rebuild and repair your credit and then replace with better credit and CLOSE not add a 2nd one.

+1. I think Credit One is a good option, if no one else will give you credit. But no, I wouldn't take a 2nd account with them. They helped me with my rebuild, but honestly it was JCP that took me from "shark cards" to "prime."
