Airline Tix Purchased W/ Rewards

Hi,

I wanted to see if anyone else has gone through this process before...

I purchased three airline tickets with my Chase reward points. Unfortunately, the trip has been canceled because of a medical issue I’m dealing with currently (mono). I purchased them with my points from my Chase Sapphire Reserve card, but am I able to cancel those tickets and get those points back? Thanks for the help!
