Im really thinking of applying for a cash back card and the alliant looks good. I generally collect points but I want to make use of the spread that I can make by getting 3% or 2.5% and what I would pay to pay my taxes via CC.
Anyway, I am curious if anyone has some insight into the approval process, via Credit Karma, both bureaus they have listed have me at ~750. I no derogatory's etc. I would like to get approved for as large a line as possible because my quarterly tax payments are pretty substancial.
I currently have a CSR $32k limit, no balance and a Cap One Spark Business $15k, no balance on my reports if that matters.
Also, Im curious if anyone has gotten the AF waived ever and if alliant is generous with CLs.
TIA
From what I've heard, the Alliant VS is generous with starting credit limits. Can't speak from experience though. AS for the AF, I have no idea, unfortunately...
I've never heard of a credit union waiving an annual fee.
