Ally Cards being changed back to Ollo

Back in August the email came saying that Ally, who acquired Ollo originally, was selling their credit cards to Merrick.  Just a few minutes ago, I received an email from Ally saying that Merrick is now re-launching the Ollo brand. Makes me wonder if Merrick is bringing back Ollo to the way it was originally and actually keeping it all seperate from other Merrick products.  What a long way to go just to end up where it all started.  🤣

Wow. I had the Ollo card and closed it shortly after it went to Ally. What a roller coaster ride that card has been on....

I guess they decided the brand was valuable. Or this was like a three-team trade in sports, and Ally collected a middle man fee. It makes sense to keep the brands separate in my opinion.

They say everything is going to be the same. Just a name change. I don't know anything about Ollo. I kind of took it to be a lower level brand when I used to hear the name but I could be wrong.

Too bad, I thought my grey Ally was a good looking card.
