We just closed on a new house that needs a kitchen and new floors. I have been a Lowes cardholder for about two years but never really charged much. I did manage to get a credit line of $17K through asking for increases. I was just reading up on their project financing where you can finance a large project over 36, 60, or 84 months at a fixed APR that's much lower than the regular card APR. Does anyone know if there is a separate approval process for this or is it available to any cardholder?
Available to all cardholders when spending a specific amount, but you must specifically ask for it at the time of checkout.

Also, if you are planning on using a huge chunk of your credit line for an extended period it may be worth calling the overseas Credit Solutions number (found in backdoor numbers thread) and asking for a CLI to $35,000. If that 704 TU in your signature is a FICO score (like from Lowe's card website, not from Credit Karma or similar), it's possible but certainly not guaranteed but it's almost always only a soft pull so no harm in asking.
