Is it just my computer, or are the BCP and BCE cards not available for new applicants on the AmEx site? I logged in to check on a possible upgrade offer from BCE to BCP and discovered they don't exist. I get an error page. Is this jsut a Glitch? Or my computer being weird? Or is something else going on?

Ok, here's is something weird: as long as I am logged in to AmEx, those cards are not available to even view. Once I log out, I can see them. What would cause this? This has never happened before.

I'm betting when you are logged in, you're seeing their recommended list, which excludes cards you already have. Somewhere on that page there's a view all link or something to that effect. That faked me out a couple times too.

Yeah, I thought of that, but even if I try to view all, I can't see those cards. It's odd because that's always how I check for new upgrade offeres on my BCE. I'll try on my phone later and see if it behaves the same as my laptop.

Well that's weird. I tried a day or two ago and all was well with mine.

I am not an AmEx member, so not logged in, but went directly to the BCP page. There is a blue link to apply, along with a $250 SUB. Same for BCE with $200 SUB.

So, it must be something with my laptop. AmEx is acting normal on my phone. Weird. Just ignore this thread and carry on.

Does it persist using a different browser?
