I am pretty set on applying for a BCP in the next week or two. I remember reading that AmEx offers $25 and $75 referral bonuses for people who open BCE and BCP accounts respectively. How does the referral program work? My gf has a BCE, is there an online link she can use? Thanks.

Apparently you can only refer friends to the card you have. Is that right? My DGF has a BCE and I want to sign-up for a BCP and use her as a referral. There appears to only be an option to refer me to the BCE.

Sent out two referral emails last night to DGF and a close friend, for the Zync.  Amex states I'll receive 5k points for each of their approvals. I know the DGF will get it, np. I'm quite certain my buddy will be approved as well. Either way, 10k pts?  no idea what that amounts too.

I just got the BCP and in the disclosure paperwork it talks about recommending/referring the BCP to others -- but, makes no mention of any other type of Amex card.  I think you need to call customer service for the answer to that question.
