sounds like you need to double check that your correct address is listed as your current address on each credit report... Amex is known to start pulling other reports when something isn't matching up... but do admit this is the first I have heard of all 3... iikkk
Every time I apped with Amex (3), they pulled all 3.

That is strange with AMEX in how they randomly pull reports every which way for other people and not others, but it must be just for some type of information needed certainly not score wise.

So I checked my CR tonight and to my surprise I found an inquiry from AmEx on all three on different days, EX on the 2nd, TU on the 3rd and EQ on the 4th. I heard of them double dipping but never all three on different days, I only app'd once for the zync and was approved after I spoke with CSR who had to call my bank(chase) to verify my address.
This might be the problem. AmEx is very tuned into discrepancies in your personal info on your reports. I'd check all three reports and see how your name is spelled, address versions and so forth.
Also, is your credit history on the short side, especially on Experian?
First time I applied for AMEX they pulled all 3, but ever since then they've been only pulling EX
