Amazon $20 Statement Credit

Syncrhony refuses to increase my Amazon store card. I've tried multiple times through the online website, I've called up customer service, and I've called credit solutions. I've read on here that people have had success through online chat. I tried through onlien chat, but he rep denied me. Unsolicited, she said she would give me a $20 statement credit. Didn't get my cli, but I'll take free money.

How long have you had the card? Mine was auto at 6 months. Went from 600 to 900

How long have you had the card? Mine was auto at 6 months. Went from 600 to 900

Coming up on 2 years. My util is very high, but all my other cards have grown to some extent. Scores are highest they've been in years at mid 650s.

The utility may be holding you back, what are your scores like?

I've been given a $20 credit before when I asked for too many CLI and they couldn't give me one, at the time it was around Christmas.

Maybe utility problem , i have the card for 5 months with a SL of $800 , in all that time i just use like 15% and the minimum payment is $25 but i pay $35 , in 2 months auto increase to $1,000 , when i ask for chat for a increase my utility was 8% and approved for $3,000 and days laters another auto increase to $3,500. i pay the bill too the same day i received it. thats my story with them. my fico score 653

My util is pretty high as well so I was quite shocked at the auto cli
