While browsing Amazon I saw that there was a $100 off your purchase offer with approval of an Amazon Rewards Visa card and I'm thinking of going on a little bit of a pull spree. I can't see more than two reviews on the website about the card though (the most positive and negative) and when looking at another sites reviews (CK) I see that a recurring complaint is that you have to "manually" pay your bill? Not sure by "manually" if they meant "no automatic payment" or "send your payment via usps" can anyone confirm? The latter is a deal breaker.

Never listen to reviews of a card on Credit Karma... The people there seem a little "off." I was reading reviews of the AMEX PRG on there once, and people complained that the card has a "high annual fee" and that they were charged a late fee for not paying their balance off in full.
Since Amazon VS card is issued by Chase, of course it has all of the latest technology available with it, since that's what they provide for their cardholders, which includes automatic payments.
Where are you seeing $100 off? My cart and application page both still says $50. I've been keeping an eye on this one because I may apply in a few weeks if all goes well with my Citi DC SP CLI. I was thinking maybe I should wait a few weeks in the hopes that they offer some sort of holiday sweetener.
ETA: As far as the Op's question; I cant say for certain without having the card (yet) but it appears the chase site has a method to setup autopay.

To add another data point I've been keeping a close eye on this card and when adding items to my cart the maximum automatic gift card I've seen after an Amazon Rewards Card approval has been $90. Wondering if the $100 the OP is getting is the threshold for this.
As a test I just put 10 flat-screens in my cart totalling over $5000 and still have the $50 offer. From the Chase site it does show a $70 offer if you're a prime member.
I noticed the offer yesterday when I logged in and went to my cart. Offer was usually $50, so I was enticed by this increase as well. Haven't bought anything off amazon for a while. Only one item in January for the year actually. A long way from when i use to buy several items a month 2010-2015
I just got appoved for this card yesterday and I got the $70 gift card as a prime member.
As for paying it, while I haven't charged it yet the account already showed up on my Chase app and it looks exactly the same as the Marriott one, which allows you to set up autopay and of course submit payments online.
Dang it all.
100$ Gift card and 10% back from my Discover. I couldn't hold back from making a purchase.
5k SL on sigi Visa.
I was supposed to be gardening.
My first Chase card though, Guess it is not a complete loss.
Congrats on the approval!!
I had the same feeling when I app'd yesterday. I was supposed to be in the garden until March but I couldn't stop myself. Chase is supposed to be the stingy bank but now significantly more than half of my avaliable credit comes from them.
