I've had the card since March of 2015. I have received one CLI about two years after I opened the account via online request, doubling my initial limit. I have requested increases multiple times both on line and via phone calls. I was denied every time with the standard language like not enough time at current limit, credit usage too low, etc. Other Sychrony increases were granted with no issues on lower utilization cards than Amazon. No idea why Synchrony treats this card any differently than their others but they do.
