Amazon Store Denied Letter... What?

Why you were declined:

No recent revolving balances

amount owed on revolving balances.... doesn't that edit out first 1?

lack of recent consumer finance accounts

number of consumer finance accounts... Doesn't that edit out the 3rd?

Say what? I'm almost the most horrible credit score ever? But I got PayPal MC 2k and Walmart 800 and the only bad on TU is my ch 13

Who has number to someone that can overturn... I had tried one number someone gave me last week but it sounded like corporate accounts and I didn't have my letter so told to get letter and then call but they said # would be on letter and it's not!

The number on the back of the paper card is 1-866-634-8379. Maybe that will get you somewhere.

Says Corporate but once I finally got through automated and to person the first CR was able to pull up account, she couldn't do anything per usual.. transfer to supervisor who says it's GE policy to write to address to have application reviewed because they can't do it over phone because it deals with my credit (Not sure what that has to do with it but I'm glad she was at least smart enough to tell me it's a GE policy not some law)

I hate writing, I want instant and be able to walk reps through my credit report!

Anyone been able to do it over phone or have success with writing in?

Credit score of 8? How is that even possible? They must think you're the government of Greece or something.

From all I've read it's impossible to get any help from GE over the phone, since it's all computer-based decisions. They absolutely refused to give me CareCredit some months back and there was absolutely nothing I could find that would let me even try to recon it, I just ended up getting told the same "wait for the letter in the mail, then contact us at the address provided". Yeah, thanks but no thanks, it'll be months to get anything done.
