I finally had the request more link pop up on my prime store card. My score is 691 according to the score Discover includes on my statement. I have two judgements on there that are 3-4 years old. Maybe I should of waited until the big score recalculation! About a month after opening I got a auto CLI from $1,500 to $1,800. So, I thought I would try it and see if they would give me anything.
Some observations:
The language they use on the page is totally strange. "Income is used to determine eligibility for a credit line increase. Subject to credit approval." Well, yes, I would assume. But why say it like that? Long story short, I got the 7-10 denial message. Which is fine, because I think at my peak I charge maybe $150 a month to it, maximum.
I'm guessing synchrony wants to see more spend before they give me an increase. Oh well.
Or just call 877-379-8173 and ask them for 10K and let them counter. It's less painful than dealing with the button.

Good idea, I'll remember that when I really need a CLI with them. Not really a priority at the moment so I'm not too worried.
Anyone know how much spend they need to see? They're denying my CLI requests for I think a year and a half now, but my largest ever spend was probably only 20% of my limit. Not a big deal. Curious though.
I've been stuck at $800 on my own Prime store card since it was opened last Thanksgiving, not even any auto-CLI's, and I've tried twice for a manual CLI in March and May without success (called Credit Solutions the first time, asked for $6k, was turned down flat, just hit the button on the second attempt). Since then, however, I've read that, whatever else they might want, Synchrony wants to see at least 650 on your TU or they'll just turn you away when you come to them hat in hand. FICO scores will be refreshing over the next couple of weeks so we'll see then.

Hit the button about a year ago and denied.
Called the # on the card a few months ago and was denied.
Hit the button a couple of days ago and was denied again.
Read up on here to give Credit Solutions a call.
I called and was asked my income and what amount I wanted. I asked for $2k and she said she'd be back in a couple of minutes.
She came back and said I was approved for the $2k I had asked for.
I was shocked and happy.
Def give CS a call and if denied there, work on whatever the denial letter says you were denied for.
Call back and ask for $10k and get counter or else you left money on the table!
They don't care as long as the computer says yes then it's a yes.
When you called last time they didn't ask about the balance right?
Name, DOB, Street, etc. and how much you want.... wait 2 mins and either approved / denied right?
Tell them you need a CL high enough to buy something at Whole Foods ![]()
