Hi,
I'm wondering if anybody has recently gotten an Amex Optima card? I had a charge off that I paid in full about a week ago. The collections agency told me I'd be receiving am Optima application in the mail.
I chatted with an Amex rep today to confirm this and they said there is no application for this card, but that once my account is deemed eligible the card (not an application) will be sent automatically, and that I'd receive an email update.
this conflicts with everything else I read about the Optima card, so I'm curious if anybody can share their recent timeline and what the process was like. Thanks.
