Folks, this is more of an Amazon offer if anything... It goes through their website. You'll see a box at the top of the page that prompts you to sign up for the offer, which then you agree to the terms and then you can purchase select merchandise [fullfilled by Amazon] above $50 to get $25 off. I would know, I've used this offer a couple of times.
If you're looking through the AMEX website to find it, you won't. This offer is also limited to MR card, as you can't use the Blue Cash or co-brand miles to pay for merchandise at Amazon.

Irish, I believe this is an "open" offer for all Amex customers, whether you have a link or not. You just have to click the link to "qualify" They only restriction I've seen on this offer in the past is "Once per year" language in the T&C's. Several people on Doctor of Credit have reported using the offer each year, paying with only 1 MR point.
I myself used the offer back in April, despite not being targeted. I purchased a $50 Starbucks giftcard for $24.99.
Of course I buy a shiz load on amazon and I am not eligible. Heck why would I be spend a ton with them and have 5 Amex cards, nope no pudding for me.

Aww, same here! I love Amazon so much! Just bought a new book and a case for my laptop for less than $25, with that sweet, sweet 5% cashback
If it makes you feel better, I never get the good Amex offers, like the Hulu one that basically pays you to have Hulu
I did manage to save $20 on a $900 hotel stay, so thanks, Amex - I think... ![]()
