Amex BCP

Looking into adding a Amex BCP & Marriott business before I go back into the garden for another year.. last time I was denied by Amex with a 722 EX Fico8,

Now I sit at 767 EX Fico8, 2% UTI, 50+ inq on EX only 3 in last 6 months.. no baddies.

Reallllly contemplating applying.. any Amex professionals to guide me?

I'm really surprised they denied you with that score, from what I have seen, they seemed to have relaxed the UW a bit on the BCE/BCP cards, what were the reasons for denial?

Did you try to prequalify?  DW got approved last month for $15K  She went through the prequalifier. They only pulled exp. Instant approval. Inq may hurt you but I don't know

Reason for my last denial was "Fico score" I thought it was good enough but surprisingly not

Where are you scores from?  They should if " real" scores work.

I don't know, 50+ inquiries showing on Experian might be worrisome to them. I don't know how inq-sensitive Amex is, maybe others do.

If it were me I'd just app.  Once you cross a point of very many inquires, what's another one.
