You should definitely wait until 7-10 days are up and you receive the final decision. 7-10 is not the same as a denial. It could lead to a denial. It could lead to an approval. It could lead to an income review. It could lead to some other verification. It doesn't indicate anything one way or another on its own.

^ Covered in the 3x CLI Guide. So for the OP it doesn't really matter. If he jumps the gun he can try again when the time is right.
