My BCE didn't have either amazon or costco deals.. I would have used both

I have both offers on my BCP.

There is also a spend $100 or more at Staples and get $15 back.

I'm guessing the TrueEarnings card will never see free money for shopping at Costco!  The Amazon offer would be nice tho.
