Does everyone get the "Application Review" when applying for Delta sky or just me 
668 FICO but I recently had a CA pull an inquiry from Ex.
There are some instant approvals, but the message you got is nothing to worry about. It could go either way.

I got the same message you did, but checked the status link an hour later and found out I was approved. My EX FICO at the time was about where yours is.
