Back in November, I had been charging an awful lot on my card in preparation for selling my house and moving. Also during that time there was an issue with a billpay that caused me 3 months of 30 day lates on my car payment...UGH. Due to the above factors, Amex decided to set a CL of $4800 on my Gold card.
When I asked last month about getting it back to NPSL they basically wanted to do a voluntary FR. I didn't really want to deal with it at the time and told them I was fine with the $4800 limit for the time being. They were cool with that response and the call was ended.
Checked my account this morning and found that my NPSL was back! Woohoo!!!!
