Amex Green - How does it report? 25k points worth it?

Quick review - apped for BCP about a week ago and got denied. Sitting alongside the denial explanation letter in the mailbox was a "Youve been selected to apply" letter for Green with 25k bonus points and no annual fee. Denial reason for BCP was fico too low (645) - and mostly the lack of revolvers.

The only card on my wishlist is the AMEX SPG card, as I am an SPG guy - but the bonus points no fee seems like a good deal.

Questions:

1.) How does green report - will it help my utilization? I had a corporate green that reported to my personal credit at one point, and it always reported zero limit and a big balance when I traveled - I was pretty convinced that was hurting my score. Do you get a limit with green?

2.) Is 25k bonus points and no annual fee for the first year worth it for green?

Amex charge cards do not report a cl. It will help if you do all your spend on this card. The balance reporting will not hurt your util

The PRG usually has a similar sign up bonus and IMO a better choice.
