That's not right.  Give it another reporting period as sometimes initial reports aren't quite right though I haven't heard of that with Amex.  If that doesn't take care of it talk to Amex and you can always dispute with bureau.

Is the balance reported at least right?  If your statement balance wasn't $12 then there is no hope of it's being yours I would suggest.

Yes the balance reported is right, I have a $12 charge on there from eating lunch and my statement closes the 12th and that's when I will pay it in full, I did speak with a different csr at Amex and they said it is a charge card and not a revolver, and said to wait until it reports next month and see what it says then, this is the initial new account reporting and not repeated from month to month, he said it could have been a typo on Amex side but give it some time and see, everything else is correctly reporting, just the limit and account type is what is wrong, I don't feel concerned now, @Revelate, thank you for your insight as you were spot on for the most part
