Partner cards are usually a little easier to get. I think this is because the partner takes on a portion of the default risk.
Starwood has about the same standards as Delta Skymiles. It should be easier to get than Jet Blue.
Be careful about getting too many of their cards in quick succession, though. That's asking for F/R.
