Amex Platinum Global Entry Reimbursement

Does anyone know generally how long it takes for Amex to credit the fee for global entry?

In most cases 1-2 days after the payment posts. However, sometimes it can take longer as in the next statement or two.

It can and does vary.  AmEx states:

Please allow 6-8 weeks after the qualifying Global Entry or TSA Pre transaction is charged to the eligible Card account for the statement credit to be posted to the Card account.

I saw it show up after about 4-5 days for $200.

It's quick. Got mine within 7 days reimbursed.

$200? Global entry is not that expensive?
