That's because that's the rewards page.  If you go to the cards page

https://www.americanexpress.com/sg/all-cards?page=PR&inav=sg_menu_cards_pc_view

you'll see the cards listed and you can view the details to compare.

Re: Amex Platinum

That is still Singapore AMEX. Those are not the cards offered to the US Market. If you live in Singapore, there is no version of Blue, or Costco AMEX, etc. Instead they offer these other market specific cards.

Based on peeking at the descriptions, there are two credit cards, the Platinum Reserve credit card and the Platinum Credit card. These are cards with rewards and annual fee that revolve balances. There is one Platinum Charge card. It is a pay in full at the end of the month traditional AMEX charge card. To read the differences, click on the image of the card, and then click on learn more. They describe the card features there. Reserve is a step up from the plain Platinum credit card.

Keep in mind that your country of residence dictates eligibility for cards. As a US resident, I cannot apply for these. Likewise, if you are from Singapore, you cannot apply for the cards on the US site (Blue Cash preferred, Delta, Costco)
