Amex SP how old could it be?

How old a date has anyone seen Amex use when looking at their account (SP) ? I'm thinking it could be as much as 2 months ago. In other words, how long should I wait after a score increase/balances decrease etc to make sure that's what Amex is going to see? Thx

I was approved for the Amex Gold in March 2021 (EXP HP), but then approved for Amex Schwab Platinum in July 2021 using only SP.

I had a refusal on an Amex upgrade, and the rep told me to try and time it between 25 and 40 days.  After waiting 2 months, I tried with my score where I wanted it 30 days old and success!!
