Amex Soft Inquires: Amex-Serviced by CIC

Hello All! 

Anybody ever see soft inquiries listed as "Amex-Serviced by CIC" out of Costs Mesa, CA?  Have a couple of these from yesterday on my EX report and just curious what it means.  I also have of course the typical AMEX ACCOUNT REVIEW inquiries because it's such a new account.

I am pretty sure that is credit secure pulls

It is! Thanks- I figured it out after checking the last time I checked the Amex site for their FAKO score on Experian. Thanks for the reply! Greatly appreciated!
