This almost makes me want to app since it will only be a SP if denied ![]()
I don't see why you wouldn't be approved with a 705 on your Experian..
2 30 day lates from 6 years ago and a CO from 6 years ago that I paid in December of last year, so it updated the CO status, making it look like a recent CO. My EX is in the 690's. Good AAoA, low credit amounts on two rebuilder cards for 2 years always PIF.

Your file is almost identical to mine except the CO is a Tax lien on mine same age paid.

That's good news. That is why I am starting to lean toward the Zync, but I really want the gold. Just was hoping to get some success stories on the gold.
If you can get in on Zync yo ucan with Green as well. Why not get one of those, hold it for 6 months then get the Gold?

I've gotten mail offers for green and gold. The way I look at it, paying the extra $30 for the gold over green is no problem. If it were possible to PC from Zync I would app for it this instant. That's why I keep throwing out feelers to see if it is harder to get the gold than it is to get green/Zync.
If you've been getting offers for the gold as well as the green, I'd say that you have a good chance at getting it. I'd recommend that you app for the card that you really want.
