Financial Review. They will require you to submit a 4065T (? I am dyslexic so those may be inverted), which then provides them with your past 4 IRS statements.

It would be a better idea to use an AMEX business card for business because it has more buying power, IMHO. If you have been doing it and they haven't said anything, kudos to you, but I think it's a good idea to use things for their original purpose or intent.

IMO, if you've gotten away with it, they haven't caught up to you yet. Don't rock the boat with them unless you want to fork over your tax info, to them.
