previously, if applying for an amex card when logged in as a current customer, it was unclear if 'apply with confidence' terms were being applied, now that has changed and the apply with confidence language is now shown prior to applying:
it's unclear if this change will have any impact to the usual universally assumed soft-pulls for established, current customers, but I would doubt it
