Amex charge card

I have a question. I got an AMEX green card several months ago that just started reporting the month before last. It originally was reported as a charge card. All of a sudden I was looking at my credit report yesterday and it is now reporting as a credit card. Why would this change? Does that mean AMEX put a limit on my card now?

I dont think so. Unless the report changed the term "Open Account" to "Revolving" and it states your credit limit. I am pretty sure you do not have a limit.

All Amex's charge cards have limit. Amex usually does not tell you what your limit is. I would advise to call Amex before making big purchase.
