Amex interest rate offer

I got an offer to have my rate drop to 11.99% for the next six billing cycles on my BCE.   I PIF but signed up for this anyway.

Ya also get those wiht Amex, Citi and few other issuers although I PIF i take them as why not

I got that offer, too. Whenever I do, I always take them. Costs nothing and doesn't hurt. Even though I PIF, too.

Received the same offer as well as a $30K personal loan offer from AMEX today.

No use for either though.
