I have the Amex BCE card. When I signed up they were offering the $100 cash back after spending $1,000. I recently hit the spend requirement and emailed Amex to make sure my account was signed up for the offer so I didnt miss out. Well they emailed me back saying theres not offer connected to my account. Im not sure if this is because I had to recon to get approval or not. There asking for the 4 digit offer ID or POID number. I can't find the email as this was two months ago I probably deleted it. Anyone know how to find the offer ID online? Thanks for the help

I don't know ;( the email I wrote mentioned that offer, but idk if they wont honor it w/o the ID. Weird stuff I know.
On the bright side, my first 61 days are up and was approved for a CLI from $2000 to $6000. 
Now if only I can find the Offer ID that I need.
Sometimes Amex's offers are for new card members, maybe that is the issue since you have a zync card?
