Any Penfed Promise BT Offers?

Has anyone received any balance transfer offers on their Promise card?

Last year every month on my statements there was a offer for 4.99% no fee for 12 months.

I have not seen one so far this year.

It is still 4.99%  I called when I did not receive the offer and they verified it's the same.  I use it all the time.

I use it also from time to time. It's the best feature of the card.

As stated just call to verify the 4.99 offer, but it is pretty much a pemanent thing although not mentioned all the time

To follow up with what has been mentioned, it's a flat 4.99% no fee/12 month all the time with the Promise card...it's the only feature of the card and not a bad one either.

Just got approved for it at the end of last year and exactly what I was told when I inquired.  Stated the offer expires, but then just gets renewed.
