Any Price Protection with Apple Pay experiences?

Hi,

I wanted to see if anyone has sucesfully filed and got approved for a price protection claim with their CC when the card was used in Apple Pay? If so, with which bank?

The reason I ask is, price protection claims in my experience have always been easy with Chase and Citi when I make the purchase with my actual card, as the last 4 of card number is printed on the sales receipt. Apple Pay on the other hand prints the last 4 of a seprately generated Device Account Number on the receipt, and this Device Account Number is not shown anywhere on my card statements. Wondering how difficult (or not) it is to submit proof of purchase when needed to file a claim.

I had to do a Trip Delay claim with Chase earlier this year and sending a screenshot of the Apple Pay charge notification was sufficient to justify that particular expense. YMMV, though.
