Re: Any luck converting QuickSilverOne to QuickSilver via online chat?

I fee like once you are upgraded to the quicksilverone card, you are done with it. If they can not remove the word one from the ugliest card I dont even carry anymore and remove the annual fee, then I will not run 1-2k through that card anymore. I dont mean to sound bitchy, I just sometimes get worked up over capitalone and their policies.

Understandable. I appreciate Capital One bc the customer service has been really nice, aside from the online rep, and they were a start for me when I needed it but the low limit and certain policies can grate on the nerves. This is a company you have to be "patient" with or so I've been told Smiley Tongue Unfortunately thats never been my biggest virtue. Good luck with your request! And yes the card is hideous lol I changed the image immediately. The tiger that arrived looks a lot better

LOL, i always do the surveys they send me and one day hoping to get a phone call from them asking me why I think there card is so UGLY. I know there are a lot of ugly cards out there, but mainstream availability with capitalone and all different levels of credit worthy users its crazy to me how hideous their cards are.

lol When it got here I thought to myself what is this cardboard? Looks worse than the fake ID's my cousin used to make Smiley LOL But it doesnt have to look pretty to be useful not a huge deal. At least they allow a design option. I'm really jealous of that Sallie Mae card! I want it badly. But I can wait..........more of this patience stuff

Re: Any luck converting QuickSilverOne to QuickSilver via online chat?

I totally use credit cards for their benefits and what not, but I still like a nice product to use for spending my money lol. I know people could careless about what a card looks like, feels like etc... I guess its the really small stupid things in life I like, such as that. As for the SallieMae card, its growing on me... awesome benefits and rewards but was disappointed my card was not deep blue like it is advertised. again, stupid but cant help myself.

I've read a few posts in the forums about people not liking the design.  I heard that it's really more purple than blue....and with a sparkly-ness to it.  Purple happens to be my favorite color, so that alone would make it worthwhile, lol.  Quicksilver design isn't really that bad, although it is a bit cheesy.  I noticed on the second one I got, the grey is darker than on the first. I went for the design card option for both.

SallieMae MC is definitely more purpleish blue than it is dark blue and it is definitely sparkley. It is growing on me although I thought the advertised picture of it was better with the dark blue and white writing, the card is a little cheesy in person.

Next week it will be the 6 month mark from when my platinum mastercard was upgraded to quicksilverone rewards. I want to product change to quicksilver, not sure if that can be done or if the plat. mc's are just stuck at a certain level?

I know quicksilverone and quicksilver are basically the same but i hate the quicksilverone for some reason lol. I am sick of annual fees, although I can go through the eo process to get it removed. I feel like i charge a lot on capital one cards but i pay in full, therefore they dont make interest on me. I have had the card for three years, I am hoping they will product change me to quicksilver. Looking at the other capitalone cards out there, none of them seem that appealing? I have noticed bank of america and capitalone are kind of stale with their card offers.

Yes, you can pc from a Quicksilver One to a Quicksilver via chat. I did this myself less than 2 weeks ago. Just get on chat and ask if there is an offer to upgrade to the Quicksilver. If they say no then go the EO route. I strongly suggest starting with chat because if it's available there then it takes less than 10 minutes. If you go after EO it can take days.

Here is my thread about when I did the PC

Re: Any luck converting QuickSilverOne to QuickSilver via online chat?

Thanks! Your post is exactly what I am trying to do. When I chatted up the rep yesterday he said your last upgrade was 3/12/14 and to check back in two weeks to see if there are any offers for me.

I have had success via online chat

Plat MC (former HSBC) ---> QS1 Plat MC

then 6 months later

QS1 Plat MC---> QS WMC
