App Spree...Which Cards?

I finally paid off my last baddie. Thanks 2 this board!!!...My score is higher than its ever been...EQ: 652. It could go up a little higher yet. Not sure, Haven't ordered a new report to see if everything’s been updated. I have two old negative accounts, but paid....& 1 judgment...all paid...all of these over 5 yrs old...Nothing since. No current open accounts. Not sure on my other bureau scores yet. But based on the 652 score...excluding Cap One...What cards do you guys think Id get approved for? I'm ready to do this right this time around and blast my way past 700. Thanks 2 all that reply with INFO!!!

If you're able to join NFCU, you should definitely seek them out. They are extremely generous and you don't have to have great credit to get a great limit with them.

Another good choice would be the Walmart Card. You will get a free monthly TU Fico score and because they are backed by GE, your credit limit will grow nicely.

And, you should apply for a credit card with your bank/credit union.

If you don't mind an annual fee, an Amex charge card (Green?) might be a good choice as well.

What state are you in? and also try sending DV's and Goodwills to each company, sometimes you can get them removed completely which will greatly increase your scores. Also look for false innaccurate informations to dispute.
