Could anyone confirm if the Apple card is a World Elite or a World Mastercard?
Also is it possible to obtain the Benefits Guide covering things like Travel Accident Insurance, Baggage loss, Rental coverage, etc.
My Apple Card takes like a week to restore the limit after I make a payment. Its very obnoxious since I've had the card since August without a single payment issue.

It's a World Elite MasterCard, but like many other WEMC products (example: Citi Double Cash) it's not eligible for all of the benefits.
The cardholder agreement is here: https://www.goldmansachs.com/terms-and-conditions/Apple-Card-Customer-Agreement.pdf
As for other benefits, I can't see anywhere that they've made those available publicly.

I wonder if this is FI related. My payments and CL are updated within a few hours with Chase.

I don't know. I use FirstBank of Colorado and they always clear the next day. Its never been a problem with anyone else.
I don't care how the issuer determines the due date so long as I can get ebills.
iirc after activation I received a link to the benefits. It was definitely scaled down compared to some WEMC
My payments post immediately and the limit is restored. The only thing I could think of is my Apple Cash card is linked to the same bank account. I never used Apple Cash before getting the Apple Card. I set up both at the same time.
Add money to your apple cash card from your debit card and then pay your balance with your apple cash card. I've been paying my balancet his way since i got it and it's probably one of my favorite features because the limit gets restored immediately. I personally hate carrying a balance and seeing huge numbers spent. I much prefer to pay things down weekly or so to give me piece of mind, so the Apple card is perfect when it comes to this.

Sorry but I'm not about to put my money in the hands of Green Dot.
You know that’s the way I had to make my first and only payment to the Apple Card. That’s when I found out they use green dot.
Funny they have one partner for their Apple Cash card but another partner for the credit card.
Edit: although I will admit it worked perfectly, it's the only thing about the card that did work perfectly. Lol.
