I have a Apple Card with a 4k limit. I recently financed a phone for $500 using the new feature that Apple has given through installments. You only pay a certain amount every month and you don't have a balance that shows it must be paid through the Apple Wallet though you can pay early. My question is, when reported to the Transunion, will they report a balance? I would like to know so that way I can just pay early and have it reported with no balance.
Yes, it will report a $500 balance to TU.
Yep. Any charges on a revolving account will show up on your credit report. It's just between you and the bank that you have a promo. Credit reports and scoring just see a balance.
Thanks everyone, in the path of paying off all of my debt and restoring my credit and wanted to make sure.

Just out of curiosity, did you have a good experience purchasing with the Apple Card? Do you like how the financing is setup specifically for their Apple products? My DD and I generally both upgrade our phones every 2 years and I was thinking about picking up the Apple Card, but the only main use it would get would be for Apple purchases. Are you happy you picked up their card? Just trying to get a bunch of folks personal opinions on it before I decided to pull the trigger in September or so.

Hey, I did have a good experience using the card for purchasing Apple products. I like it for everything apple related, and the occasional uber. It's UI friendly and I only have good things to say. It's not the best card out there but for Apple products, I wouldn't use any other card.
