Hey guys,
This is a bit strange. I tried to take advantage of Chase Freedom's grocery store category since I keep forgetting and I've been using my Double Cash for everything lately. I figured setting Freedom up in Apple Pay would help me remember. I attempted to manually set Chase Freedom up 5 times and each time it said my bank rejected the setup or something to that effect. I immediately added my Discover card manually (no picture) with no problems. Is this common with Chase? How should I rectify it? Thanks!

I believe chase is one apples partners so thats pretty weird. I know that chase cards won't officially work with android pay, unless you have some old chase cards grandfathered in from google wallet.
Can't remember how I setup mine (pretty sure I took a picture), but no issues with setup/using CSP or Freedom. Used CSP yesterday.
Heh. That's so weird! A few months ago, I had a heck of a time to get Discover on Apple Pay. I had to call Discover and request assitance from their tecnical support to get it to work. It took several days to get it resolved.
But, I had no problems with my Chase Marriott Rewards or Freedom!
There's a limit to how many cards in AP right? Any chance you're at that?

I haven't had any problems with Chase but it can happen with any creditor. If the issue is with the creditor verifying then contact the creditor.

You're allowed to have eight cards on Apple pay
