Working on my brother's credit rebuild. He applied online for a Credit One cc and he was approved with a $300 CL "Pending verification of info". That was two weeks ago. We've been checking the credit card's status every day online and it still says, "Application is Processing". Does it usually take this long for that bank to verify? They have not tried to contact him by phone yet. I'm wondering if they have changed their minds about the approval?? Should he call them to see what the hold up is? I'm wary about him calling because I don't want them to do another hard pull on his credit.
