I got approval today for Sapphire Reserve, when I wanted to add my card to digital wallet, there was no choice to veryify my identity through an email though it showed earlier page I had a choice by email or text. When I chose text, there were three numbers which I might have had in the past or not call, I did call them, I gave all the information, knowing that I have a checking account, asked me my old addresses 15 years ago which I remembered one of them which I owned the property, others were rental. She gave a different zip code which is not on my application and have lived in the same zip code for the last 30 years. I had the same issue when I applied for Chase Amazon 5 years ago with the same address verification. I had a problem to open a checking account with online, had to go the branch with my partner who had an account with them and knew the financial banker since she has saving checking and saving accounts. I was able to open a checking account after explaining my situation with the help of the banker. I went through pre approval procedure but was not able to use my Checking account user account, had to create a new one. The Chase representitive told me they will call me in 24- 48 hours again, I told her do I have to verify my identity at the branch when I recieve the physical card. Any suggestions what to do, the problem I might not get the physical card through mail, my question also how many days does I have wait to recieve with no issues from the bank. It is always nighmare with them, my partner does not like dealing with them since she gets fraud purchases on Chase cards and have to call them and ask for replacemnt cards. I appreciate any suggestions since I waited 25 months to be under 5/24.
