What are your thoughts regarding switching to Chase from BoA? I have heard BoA closes cards often and I may want to navigate away from them (been a member since 2008).

If you're elegible to open a Chase checking you should do it. I've been banking with Chase for years and I am very happy plus with that Freedom card it only makes sense with the 10/10 bonus points with every purchase on your Freedom card!

congrats on the approval! my wife was approved, not instantly though we had to call the backdoor. Idk why it wasnt instant though all they asked was the name and some other security stuff and sure enough approved for 3000. Im glad for her Chase is a great bank it seems from reading on these forums.
