Arrival Rewards Boost Mall- Problems getting bonus points

Any of you out there that have a Barclays Arrival card and have used the Rewards Boost mall?

 

Wondering if you have had any trouble getting credit for some transactiosn made through the mall?

 

I have made quite a few purchases through the mall and the ones that did post, seemed to post just a few days after the transaction.

 

I have around 7 transactions I have made that have not been credited, some going back to the week of 3/20.

 

I have emailed Barclays customer service to ask about the missing transactions and  they just send back a generic reply that says"it may take up to 8 weeks, depending on the vendor...blah blah"

 

The total amount missing is about 14,000 points.

 

What concerns me is for example.... i made a transaction with Office Max on 4/1 and it was credited to my account on 4/3. Made another transaction with Office Max on 4/5 and its still not showing up.

 

Just wanted to see if anyone else might have similar experience with this.

Dang, that's a large amount.... I'm not so sure that I would e-mail or secure message about that. I'd probably just call the CSR and see if they have record of it in their database or whatever they do to look it up. Best of luck!

Were any of the transaction purchases of gift cards or similar?  These might be increasinly being blocked.

All of the referenced purchases where for goods not gift cards. Since my initial post Barcoays has credited me for all the missing points. They never showed up on my Boost account but they issued a general credit for all the points after I sent copies of all the orders.
