Anyone ever heard or done business with this credit union? They're based out of New Jersey and I'm a New Yorker, found they had an interesting card lineup and they offered a Platinum card with a balance transfer option & no annual fee, that is targeted for Fair/Average credit. I'm in the Garden right now but I found it an interesting combination. They also have a few other cards.
I have never read anything on this Credit Union or found anyone actually using their cards. They're listed on NerdWallet's Card Reviews but they don't have any actual reviews. Wanted to see if anyone has used them? Website is decent.

I can see why these cards aren't well liked by the veterans on this forum. Why would someone spend five grand on a card to get $250 bonus, when they can spend four grand on a card to get 50,000 UR's, $200 back for spending $1,000 on the BCE, or 60,000-100,000 MR's on Platinum (with five grand in spending). On top of that, six months with 0% interest is nothing great and is certainly matched and exceeded by many different credit cards out there. I suppose if you have "fair/average" credit, the card may be attractive to a few people, but you specifically pointed out the "Platinum" card, which doesn't seem like it would be better than a Quicksilver One (1.5% back, $39 AF) or a secured card like BoA Cash Secured Rewards (1%, 2%, 3% with 10% relationship bonus, $39 AF).

Very few CU cards are true rewards contenders.

True, but many offer better rewards and sign up bonuses than what this credit union offers for people with average credit -- even Navy FCU. Back in the day I was approved with a 570 from my local credit union, 10% interest rate and 1.5 ppd in rewards (each point worth 1 cent each). Point being, if one shops around they can do better.
