Alright! Really helpful stuff though with the total credit limit I have now (close to 5000 dollars and probably increasing in the next few months), I think I'm good at the moment though having a higher credit limit would be especially nice for the Amazon (especially for their financing on certain stuff they sell) and Discover cards and Wells Fargo has given me my third highest line of credit. It's mainly because I wanted to have the lowest utilization possible. Citi gave me the strangest reason as to why I didn't qualify for one and it was mainly because of a lack of credit references at the time.
Suprisingly Amex BCE has given me auto luv twice when I was near/over my limit. I dont want to draw any conclusions, it just happen twice.
All my other cards never gave me auto love I had to call and request it.
elan financial does this they review the account every 6 months
Barclays bumped me from $2k to $5k after recently paying a $1500 balance off. Pretty sure that's what triggered it.
Other than that, GE is the best known for generous SP auto-CLI's.

Capital One, most GECRB-backed cards (Amazon Store, Walmart), and now sometimes Citi offer SP manual requests - a la "luv button." Why wait for auto-luv? GECRB request every fourth statement and Cap One every sixth.
I'm still waiting for my CLI on amazon and walmart. its been 10 months since opening.

It's all about your credit and income. There are no magic tricks for CLI's.
I believe this to be true.
