BB&T and Suntrust CC's to Truist but where is Suntrust?

All of my BB&T cards went to Truist and to the Truist new site. I even received 0% BT checks from Truist (which promptly went into the paper shredder). 

But what about Suntrust? they are still on a seperate Suntrust site. There is no conversion cards to the new Truist cards. BT 0% checks are still arriving from Suntrust. My checking and savings too are not converted to Truist.

Since my log in is the same at both sites how will they combine my 5 CC's, two savings accounts and two checking accounts?

There is nothing from Suntrust to show the conversion. What is going on? I have been waiting for Suntrust to convert so until then I have not used my savings or checking account there in the last few months.

Same here, so following. I thought I read somewhere that SunTrust is converting in Feb 2022. I'm hoping to be able to close my (original) BB&T checking and savings and still get the cash rewards bonus.

You should have received communication regarding the SunTrust/Truist transition. I did.  So, there's no need to panic.

They're still operating separately until the integration is fully completed (expected in early 2022).
