Does anyone have the bill pay info for the BBVA NBA Amex? I called them twice and they gave me the wrong bill pay address both times and don't know where my payments are..
IIRC, they gave me two different zip codes when I had asked them about it. The CSR mentioned what was on the site didn't appear correct. So, rather than get caught in limbo with my bank (and having learned that if you try to push payments to BBVA from your bank may take 5+ BDs), I simply set up the payments directly from the BBVA CC site. They post within 1-2 days. No issues.
Yeah just link your checking account to your credit card account on line. That is what I did and do with all my cards. Using bill pay is unnecessary.
Is the adding my bank account as an external account?

yeah. i'm at the manage third party accounts page
Ok, actually go to the Pay Bill tab that displays as follows. Then, select Add a Payment Account. You'll be prompted to input a nickname for the account, routing number and all that good stuff. If your payment is made online after 4PM (CST), then it will post within the next 2 BDs (weekends/holidays excluded). If you make it before 4PM (CST), it should post by the next BD.
You're just going to www.bbvacompass.com/creditonline, registering your credit card and inputting your checking account as a pay from account.
Then everytime you make a payment just log in, click make payment, key in the amount, and it will be debited from that account each time. Quick and easy.
Okay. Got it! Thanks everyone!!!!!
