BOA BT expired, need to use

Opened my BOA 123 July 7th and the 0% interest BT promo expired a few days ago. I need to use it now. Is there any course of action to get them to honor it at 0% still?

Check your account online to see if you have any new BT offers available. They're always sending me one of those "blank checks" to use for BTs and I've had my card for years. You could also call them to see if they could extend you any new BT offers.

I spoke with 3 reps and got nothing. I missed the offer by 5 days. So I took to Twitter and messaged the BOA Help team. They called me and were able to offer me the 0% BT offer that I wanted!
