BOA CLI questions

I requested online and received a HP.  Went from 2,400 to 6,000.  I asked for the 6 and they gave it.  From what I understand though, they almost always do a HP for a customer intiatited CLI.  I spoke with a CSR (so take it with a grain of salt) and they say that they don't often do Auto CLIs.  I had my 2,400 for years and it never budged.
